Our client is A Leading Life Insurance Firm in HK
Responsibilities:
- Lead & oversee the Agency Digital team to deliver & maintain new digital & BI platforms like mobile app, point-of-sales e-Submission, ChatBot etc., to improve sales efficiency and facilitate process streamline
- Monitor project status and work together with IT teams, service providers and the stakeholders across functions both internally and externally to ensure the output quality, positive user experience and be accountable for its utilization
- Keep abreast of latest market trends and collect users’ feedback and analyse performance of different digital platforms and user behaviour, and generate usage and trend reports to help different stakeholders and top management to understand trends and patterns for useful business insights and formation of ongoing digital roadmap
- Support & collaborate with the Group’s subsidiaries in digital platform integration
- Process UAT and provide agency briefing and training support
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital strategy, preferably gained in insurance industry, strong candidates from other industries will also be considered
- Significant project or work experience focused on sales digital platforms design, development and implementation. PM or BA experience on business process optimization & automation projects is a plus
- Strong and hands-on project management and analytical skills, sensitive to data. Excellent-level of PowerPoint skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, credibly and persuasively
- Strong understanding of current and emerging digital trends in financial industries
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is an advantage
