Job Summary：

• Representative of Agency Department in the designated agency office(s).
• Execution of agency strategies and business initiatives.
• Achievement of business target in terms of production and manpower that set by the company.

Responsibilities:

• To act as a communication bridge between agency and corporate staff, attend agency meetings, implement initiatives with agency, liaise and be an effective interface with key internal customers such as IT, Operations and Product Development and inform the RD’s on company polices (new and changes) in the future
• To be responsible for business results, the main objective is to deliver all business targets and agency KPIs within budget and to ensure that agency activities are compliant to rules and regulations as set out by the regulator
• To assist in the recruitment and retention of agency staff in order to grow, maintain and support the business
• To act as a consultant / enabler to the RDs by sharing consistent information about the company, managing expectation, resolving issues in order for the Agency force to perform optimally

Requirements:

• University degree with at least 6 years relevant experience in life insurance industry
• Familiar with agency channel sales management and operations within insurance industry
• Preferably with compliance, project management and change management exposure
• Good business acumen
• Excellent coaching, people and project management skills
• Strong analytical, influencing and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
