Our client is A very large listed conglomerate in Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
- Devise strategies for partnership and reward management of the Group’s integrated loyalty program
- Work closely with senior management and various stakeholders to drive partnership initiatives
- Identify potential partnership opportunities and source gifts & incentives
- Design and monitor reward management system to ensure smooth operations
- Understand customers’ needs to formulate marketing campaigns and introduce incentives to reward customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related disciplines
- Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience in partnership and rewards management of loyalty program, in particular online CRM platform
- Good understanding of online loyalty/CRM programs in the market
- Expertise in partnership with brands, trade partners, agencies & vendors and reward management of loyalty program
- Able to cope with fast-paced and dynamic working environment
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and project management skills; experienced in driving cross-functional programs
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
