CEO-Retail
Our client is A Multi-brand Retailer.
Responsibilities:
- Setting the Company’s strategic direction and goals;
- Developing a business plan for achieving these goals;
- Reporting to the Board on the state of the market, industry and technology trends, and the performance of the business as a whole and of each business segment;
- Managing key function such as retail operations and merchandising;
- Recruiting and leading a management team with the appropriate talent and skills to grow the Company;
- Leading the team by example, nurturing talent and instilling values and business practices that reflect well on the Company and its shareholders;
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Company and ensuring that it responds rapidly to changing market demand;
- Representing the Company to shareholders, the wider financial community and relevant industry groups.
Requirements:
- University graduate with 20 years or more working experience, at least 10 years+ experience in general management level
- A strong retail background in fashion, watches and jewelry, general merchandising, supermarket, electrical appliances, etc.
- Proven track records in business planning, operations management, budgeting, resource allocation, revenue enhancement, cost control, service improvement, work-flow optimization, people development, etc.
- Very strong leadership skills
- Fast-pace and strategic thinkers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, organized, meticulous, detailed-minded
