Responsibilities:

• Oversee the market and operational risk functions
• Establish appropriate policies, manuals and operation procedures on risk management
• Supervise a team to assess, review and approve credit applications within delegated lending authority
• Ensure the quality of credit portfolio is maintained within acceptance parameters, as defined by credit policies standards
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and approve credit cases including trade and lending within independent approval authority
• Take the lead to manage various credit risk projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Banking/Management or related disciplines
• Holder of FRM or a recognized risk management qualification preferred
• Minimum 15 years’ banking experience, of which 10 years’ at managerial level
• Solid experience in credit evaluation, administration and collection
• Proactive, flexible with strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation & problem solving skills
• Knowledgeable in the new economy
• Proven English proficiency and good command of Putonghua
