Our client is A Leading Hospitality Group in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Provide KPI process support for entertainment, membership and corporate services divisions to align divisional activities to corporate and business strategy, improve internal and external communications, monitor performance against strategic goals, and escalate any issues for management attention
• Maintain and ensure integrity of the Corporate Milestone KPI tool:
  • Monitor the progress of divisional KPI with issuance of periodic traffic light reports
  • Work closely with programme managers of strategic projects to integrate and consolidate critical milestone timelines to ensure alignment with corporate direction
• Support the development of divisional KPI metrics and the collection of data and analysis, working closely with the Divisions, Finance and HR
• Develop management presentation materials 
• Act as team player and change agent to work on special projects involving internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent; MBA a plus
• A minimum of 8 to 12 years’ experience in a sizable organization
• Business consultancy, corporate planning and or balance score card management experiences
• Knowledge in membership and/or hospitality industries a plus
