Our client is A Well-established Retail Chain in Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
- Develop digital marketing strategies and initiatives to promote company’s content, enhance customer relationship and promote e-services.
- Develop, execute and participate in acquisition and retention campaigns to retain and attract more customers
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement effective campaigns and build digital infrastructure to achieve business objectives.
- Review the latest technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives
- Analyze and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Make use of effective means of digital marketing/ social media to support the eShop business
Requirements:
- University graduate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication or Business related disciplines
- 6+ years of experience in the digital space with at least 3 years at a managerial/leadership level. Experience in online agency and retail/ FMCG industry preferred
- Good track record in establishing brand awareness & building business through online channels.
- Familiarized with digital media and platforms including social media, websites, online advertising, EDM, search engine, and mobile/media co-operation
- Strong analytical skill, project management and problem solving skills.
- Innovative, positive thinking, result driven and highly motivated self-starter.
