Our client is A Very Large Health Care Group In Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of sales and client servicing professional to focus on below areas:
    • Provide excellent service and support to business partner – Insurer
    • Capture opportunities through brokers
    • Direct sales and servicing to corporate and SME
  2. Lead team to achieve company contract medicine business targets
  3. Formulate sales and marketing plan for contract medicine clients to continue to strengthen the leadership position
  4. Build and lead a high performance sales team to achieve outstanding financial result through contract renewal and capturing new business opportunities
  5. Maintain close relationship with client to improve account management
  6. Work closely with other department managers to resolve complex customer or administration issues
  7. Work with strategic business units for product development

Requirements:

  1. University graduate with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. Healthcare or insurance background is highly preferred.
  2. Proven track record in achieving sales target
  3. Result and customer-service oriented
  4. Team player who is detail-minded and able to perform multi-tasking and finish tasks in tight schedule
  5. Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  6. Independent, well-organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
