Our client is A Very Large Health Care Group In Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales and client servicing professional to focus on below areas:
- Provide excellent service and support to business partner – Insurer
- Capture opportunities through brokers
- Direct sales and servicing to corporate and SME
- Lead team to achieve company contract medicine business targets
- Formulate sales and marketing plan for contract medicine clients to continue to strengthen the leadership position
- Build and lead a high performance sales team to achieve outstanding financial result through contract renewal and capturing new business opportunities
- Maintain close relationship with client to improve account management
- Work closely with other department managers to resolve complex customer or administration issues
- Work with strategic business units for product development
Requirements:
- University graduate with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. Healthcare or insurance background is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving sales target
- Result and customer-service oriented
- Team player who is detail-minded and able to perform multi-tasking and finish tasks in tight schedule
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Independent, well-organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
