Our client is A Multi-brand Retail Fashion Chain in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement business strategic plans to drive sales, maximize profits and achieve business targets for all channels
• Manage overall business performance, optimize retail operation efficiency and ensure the team achieve sales target of all channels and provide excellent shopping experience to customers
• Assist management in development of distribution network and foster partnership with the wholesale accounts
• Assist in the planning and development of an effective organization structure and operating system
• Work closely with internal departments to drive business aggressively
• Design strategic promotions and incentive programs to drive the sales
• Provide training and coaching to enhance the team performance and service standard
• Prepare reports, analysis, forecast and relevant information for Management team and Principals

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Minimum 8 years’ retail & wholesale sales, operations management, or business planning experience
• Strong business acumen, analytical skill and numerical sense
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with track record in leading a sizable workforce
• Proactive, presentable, excellent communication and influencing skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
