Job Summary:

• As the business owner of the Cyberstore, the job holder will be responsible for leading and directing e-commerce business, merchandise content and overall customer satisfaction as well as budgeting e-commerce sales and developing strategies that deliver prominent business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full P&L of the entire e-commerce platform
• Lead the marketing strategies to drive web site traffic and sales by various campaigns and partnerships
• Oversee product merchandising, logistics & technical team to enhance customer satisfaction & user experience
• Monitor and supervise the daily operation of the teams to maximize the efficiency of the e-commerce operation

Requirements:

• University graduate with proven track record in P&L management; the candidate must possess solid experience in  leading e-commerce team in a fast-pace business environment
• With over 10 years’ experience in product e-commerce and related marketing strategy
• Possess strong business acumen/ solid IT knowledge/ entrepreneurial spirit and be able to own the entire operation of the e-commerce business from strategy to execution
• Sound people management skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
