Our client is A Retail Group in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to MD, the incumbent will be responsible for leading the finance team to handle overall finance and accounting management of the company
• Review all monthly management accounts and prepare operations and group consolidation reports for top management
• Develop and review control procedures, financial policies and systems to ensure control assurance, operational efficiency and effectiveness 
• Responsible for financial reporting, tax and statutory compliance, business performance evaluation (KPI), financial planning and analysis, budget, forecast, cash flow management and tax reporting
• Handle all accounting and tax-related issues and structure deals such as M&A, disposal, share issuance, annual audit, etc
• Work with Management to provide advice and analysis on financial issues to meet the Company’s growth and financial strategies
• Liaise with external financial institutions such as auditor, banks, legal advisors and tax consultants
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Qualified CPA holder with Bachelor degree major in Finance / Accounting  
• Minimum of 10 years’ working experience in which at least 5 years’ experience in similar capacity, preferably in the retail sector
• Familiar with HK accounting standard and statutory requirements
• Sound knowledge of accounting, business practice, legal and tax systems
• Mature with strong leadership and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
