Our client is A Leading Retail Company in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial functions including financial reporting month-end closing Liaise with external auditors for annual audit;
• Handle all taxation matters and ensure timely reporting and compliance with tax regulations
• Formulate and implement internal control guidelines/policies for financial management;
• Identify root causes for non-compliance and develop actions plans;
• Manage & forecast daily cash position by utilizing cash receipts and disbursements;
• Develop cash flow management strategies to optimize company’s investment fund.
• Ensure smooth migration to best practice Finance processes and solutions upon implementation of new ERP system

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in which at least 5 years at managerial level
• Familiar with HKFRS
• Internal controls and audit experience is preferred
• Experience in implementation of  ERP system with software like D365
• Experience in retail industry will be an advantage
• Able to deal with diverse senior management and negotiate with external stakeholders
• Hands-on, independent, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and conversant Mandarin)
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Finance Control Manager
