		Our Client is A well-established Fashion Retail Group
As a General Manager of E-Commerce will report directly to the CEO. Based in Shanghai, this candidate will be responsible for leading and directing e-commerce business, merchandise content and overall customer satisfaction as well as budgeting e-commerce sales and developing strategies that deliver prominent business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full P&L of the entire e-commerce platform
 - Lead the marketing strategies to drive web site traffic and sales by various campaigns and partnership
 - Oversee product merchandising, logistics & technical team to enhance customer satisfaction & user experience
 - Monitor and supervise the daily operation of the teams to maximize the efficiency of the e-commerce operation
 
Requirements:
- With sound education background, the candidate must possess solid experience leading e-commerce team in a growing business environment, preferably in China
 - With over 10 years’ experience in product e-commerce and related marketing strategy
 - Possess entrepreneurial spirit and be able to own the entire operation of our e-commerce business from strategy to execution
 - Sound people management skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
