Job Summary:

  • Lead a team of sales force to penetrate SME, retails and mass markets and drive revenue growth to meet business targets
  • Define go-to-market strategies, build brand image and establish market leading position
  • Manage sales process including technical support, pricing and product development
  • Analyze sales result and proactively modify selling strategies to strengthen competitive advantages
  • Groom sales talents, identify training needs and potential, help them improve performance


  • Pursue SME accounts deals by maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction
  • Support and actively participate in strategic planning and management of SME accounts
  • Provide senior management with summary reports of customer needs, concerns, interests, market situation, competitor activities and market potential of new products
  • Conduct one-to-one review with all levels of Account Managers to build effective communications, understand training and development needs, and provide insight for the improvement of Account Manager’s sales activities and performance


  • Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent disciplines
  • An all-rounded business and people leader, innovative and result-driven
  • Proven track record in ICT / Telecom industries with sensible business insight
