Our Client is A listed conglomerate in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Take a leadership role in financial, operational and business review of the Group’s investment in non-property portfolio businesses
• Work closely with Senior Management of various business units on development of business strategies and directions and make high-level presentation to top management and/or board members
• Identify business drivers; monitor and analyze the change of business dynamics; make recommendations on business strategies and improvements in financial, operational and business aspects
• Supervise team members to undertake performance measurement and budgetary control of the assigned portfolios
• Take the lead on new business projects appraisal or ad hoc assignment or re-engineering reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related disciplines; preferably with an MBA degree
• Possession of CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum 15 years’ audit, finance or accounting experience, including at least 5 years’ senior management experience gained from sizable organization
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, attentive to details, result-driven with sound organisational skills & analytical skills
• Acute business acumen with excellent communication and business networking skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English, good command of Putonghua is required
