Responsibilities:

• Be the voice of data within the Bank, drive the strategy of data as a business asset
• Responsible for the governance adherence and data lifecycle management across the Bank
• Manage master data to enhance the Bank’s competitiveness and improve customer experience
• Establish data policies, standards, methodologies and tools that fit business needs and comply with regulations and procedures
• Establish and manage data warehousing strategy and infrastructure to ensure safe keeping and efficient management and usage
• Direct and oversee support initiatives to drive improvement in data quality across the Bank

Requirements:

• University Level, preferably with a post-graduate degree in relevant disciplines
• Minimum 12 years working experience of which 5 years in managerial level from recognized establishments in financial services and/or Fintech related industries
• Extensive expertise in data technologies and skills in data modeling from various source systems
• Experience in managing and utilizing large volumes of data, data quality, data governance, data ETL, and data integration tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven people management experience
