Responsibilities:   

•  Devising accounting policies and procedures, and managing all finance-related activities to ensure full compliance with the company’s policy and statutory requirements
•  Develop, implementing and overseeing plans and programs related to accounting, finance and audit, and directing the preparation of all finance-related reports
•  Provide consolidated result of Group operation and provide advice to improve financial performance
•  Lead an experienced team to manage all accounting, finance, human resources and administration services

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines
• Recognized professional qualification
• At least 15 years relevant professional management experience in sizable companies, of which at least 8 years at senior management level
• Thorough knowledge of human resources management principles and best practices, preferably with experience in change management;
• Highly effective interpersonal, leadership, people management, analytical, organization and problem solving skills;
• Experience in property management industry is an advantage
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese with effective communication skills;
• Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing
