Our Client is A Leading Property Developer in Hong Kong 


Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the HR and administrative functions which includes recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, system development, staff relations and general office administration affairs. He / she will have to swiftly execute action plans and look after the day-to-day HR operations to serve business growth and development needs of the company.
  • Degree holder in relevant disciplines with over ten years human resources management experience in large organizations of which at least five years acts as a department head working independently reporting to Board level
  • Solid experience in recruitment, compensation and benefits, and performance management
  • Well versed with HKSAR labour ordinance and local compliance requirements / regulations
  • Pleasant, passionate, energetic, communication skill with all levels
  • Good leadership, emphasis on motivation and team work to complete tasks collectively and meet deadline
  • Organized,  good analytical and numeric ability, and be able to prepare management report independently
  • Proficient in written and spoken English / Chinese is essential
  • Previous working exposure in property developers an advantage
