Our client is A Leading International Life Insurance Company

Responsibilities:

• Leading the pricing function for multiple channels including agency, brokerage, telemarketing and digital; product types include both Class A and Class C long term insurance products
• Coordination among different departments such as actuarial, underwriting, marketing and IT for product development
• Negotiate with reinsurers for reinsurance arrangement
• Seek product approval according to the internal governance
• Participate in other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• At least 12 years actuarial experience
• FSA or equivalent
• Pricing and product development experience in Hong Kong market
• Good project management and supervisory capability
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Less experienced candidates can be considered as a Senior Manager
