Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor sales practice within the sales distribution channels
• Devise and implement systems to ensure sales practice and the distribution’s compliance coherence with regulatory requirements
• Develop and present training materials for distribution channels on proper sales practices
• Provide guidance to distribution channels on field management supervision issues
• Conduct field reviews of agency offices and investigations into suspicious sales practice violations

Requirements:

• University graduate
• At least 8 years of agency management experience, in which 2 years exposure in monitoring insurance sales practice
• Well-versed in insurance sales practices
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
