Our client is A Multi-brand Retail Chain Operator.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the talent acquisition team to take up core functions of manpower planning, performance monitoring, people costing
- Provide recruitment solutions to all business functions in a timely manner and plan ahead according to manpower forecasts
- Conduct effective screening and interviews by using structured assessment tools and techniques for senior management positions
- Maintain a close working relationship with both internal customers and external vendors
- Collect and analyze data on the employment market
- Build an effective employer brand to potential candidates via direct and indirect recruitment channels
Requirements:
- 12 years or more relevant experience in strategic HR management, manpower planning, performance monitoring, people costing, recruitment and selection
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or relevant field; MBA is an advantage
- Excellent time management skills and enjoy meeting multiple deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, consultative and negotiation skills, be able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Retail background is highly preferred
- Effective communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
