Our client is A Well-established Entertainment Group (non-gambling)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead full spectrum of HR functions with focus in employee engagement and alignment of the fringe benefits in group level
- Provide strategic HR advice on organization development, talent management, executive compensation, legal practice, labour relations and etc.
- Develop and implement the HR and Admin policies and standard for the group
- Coordinate annual performance reviews and performs salary benchmarking
- Assist in other ad-hoc undertakings as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with a minimum of ten years’ relevant experience in HR Management.
- Work independently, multi-tasking, organized and accountable.
- Strong interpersonal and team work skills, with good communication technique.
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including the Cantonese dialect.
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office applications.
