Our client is A Leading Entertainment / Hospitality Company
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for HR Policy, Process and Compliance
- Revamping processes and procedures in alignment with the vision, legal compliances and existing policies by reviewing and updating forms, oversee document control and their relationships of process flows, identifying priorities of change, and formulating implementation plans.
- Internal housekeeping to be structured along ISO principles. Undertake BPR projects as assigned.
Requirements: |
- University degree in Human Resources or related disciplines and relevant experiences with wide exposure in customer-oriented and consulting role in medium/large organisation
- Knowledgeable in the regulatory environment and its dynamics as well as implications to business
- Prior experience in conducting BPR and implementing change management initiatives for large workforces an advantage
- Sophisticated communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work and liaise effectively at every level of a complex sizeable organisation
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
