Our client is A Well-established Retail Chain in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical supports for the top management to make decisions on major BD initiatives/ projects
• Conduct feasibility studies/ scenario analysis/ benchmarking exercises
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan, drive and monitor various BD initiatives/ projects
• Take up projects on business development, strategic alliances and efficiency improvement
• Facilitate the revision and approval process of business case with insightful comments on business justification and implementation approach
• Reinforce and execute the PMO governance and work with functional and project teams on schedule, budget, and benefits
• Setup and conduct regular review meeting with project & transformation teams lead and sponsor on execution status, issues, risks, and benefit tracking
• Support coordination of annual strategic planning and budget exercise and quarterly business review
• Manage the projects at Company level and looking at portfolios on financial spending within the planned budget

Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree in Business, post graduate degree is a plus
• Detail-oriented and presentable tem player with excellent analytical, organizing and multi-tasking skills
• At least 10 years of working experience, preferably in FMCG/ Retail industry
• Proficient practitioner in programme / project management and has led major cross function teams in projects
• Have solid Project and Project Management skills and experience
• Proficient in English and Chinese written and presentation skills
