Our client is A Leading Hospitality Group in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- oversee the performance & development review (PDR) process of the managerial positions and performance management process of Staff, drive for ongoing process improvement, including the review, design and support on the development of the e-Performance system. Partner with HR service manager in achieving a performance driven culture by ensuring proper governance of the process and provision of quality dashboard for stakeholder’s benchmarking and alignment. Implement programmes to ensure the performance management skills development at all levels
- support Head of Organisational Development (HoOD) on the design and execution of talent review process for managerial positions in order to ensure leadership pipeline continuity and for retention of talents. This include the process design, data collection and talent gap analysis
- work with the HoOD to support leadership development programmes. Work with the internal user department and external consultant in the design and implementation of divisional / departmental retreat / planning session through translation of the division / department needs into learning and development initiatives and programmes
- act as the Project Management Office (PMO) of the Rising Star Trainee Programme which serve as a long term resources pool to fill the junior supervisory pipeline. Undertake OD projects and executing other ad-hoc leadership initiatives as assigned by Head of Department
Requirements:
- have bachelor degree with a minimum of 10 years in management / leadership development, competency management and / or organisation development, preferably gained in the human resources field / Organisation Development or another discipline closely related
- have a strong project management and leadership role in Multi-national Corporates (MNCs) in training / OD function is preferred
- have a strong execution skill, disciplined approach to drive programmes & learning and development experience is a plus
