Our client is A Leading Life Insurance Firm

Responsibilities:     

• Maintain and manage investment data provided by external managers and update in internal systems on daily basis
• Assist portfolio management and day-to-day operation of the general funds, including risk monitoring and investment compliance
• Monitor portfolios managed by internal or external managers and follow-up any actions required
• Support the execution of investment transactions, including trade compliance and settlement
• Conduct research and analyses across various sectors and asset classes, including fixed income, equities (public and private), alternative investments and structured assets
• Liaise with internal parties, external managers and other professional parties
• Assist the team to complete ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance, economics, actuarial or related disciplines
• 1 to 3 years’ of working experience in insurance or asset management industry preferred
• CFA and/or CAIA designation will be an advantage
• Practical knowledge in portfolio management and investment operation
• Must be familiar with Bloomberg (including PORT and AIM), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Detailed minded and able to work independently
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Analyst
