Our client is A leading Properties Developer in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Ensure fund availability for business development needs
• Manage corporate cashflow, financing position and portfolio risks
• Update regularly treasury report to facilitate management’s decision making
• Oversee corporate treasury function
• Formulate IR strategy and key messages delivery to all stakeholders
• Communicate pro-actively with local and overseas investors

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree holder in accounting, business, finance or legal discipline
• Minimum 10 years solid experience on corporate financing, investor relationships and securities analysis
• Good knowledge in listing rules, company law and other relevant rules and regulations
• Professional qualification such as CPA or CFA is preferred
• Advanced level in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for financial analysis
• Outgoing, dynamic, analytical and detail-minded and capable of meeting tight schedules and working under pressure with minimal supervision
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skill with good numeric and business sense
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
