Our client is A Very Large HK-listed Conglomerate


  • Report to AGM and lead a small team of CRM professionals
  • Develop brand CRM strategy and business plan to build long-term relationships with identified high-value customers, in line with business objectives
  • Create, develop and oversee the implementation of a cohesive customer relations program to grow the CRM database
  • Manage and analyze customer data to generate insights that benefit to the business and long term growth
  • Plan and organize events for targeted customers to maximize customer loyalty
  • Monthly monitoring and analysis of CRM KPIs with qualitative summary and suggestions for ongoing improvements
  • Implement relevant segmentation to ensure differentiated communication, efficient strategy for acquisition, retention and loyalty
  • Work closely with IT department to increase & maintain reliability and quality of customer data and profiles
  • Communicate with agency to effectively handle customer inquiries with objectives to maximize customer satisfaction


  • Bachelor holder in related discipline with 10 years or more CRM experience
  • Familiar with loyalty program and customer events
  • Proven track record within sizable companies
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-starter, motivated and passionate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Less experience may be considered as CRM Manager
