Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Data Science & Governance to establish the governance and quality standards for the Bank’s data management, aimed at strengthening the Bank’s competitiveness and improve customer experience through the use of data assets
• Define data strategy to establish and ensure adherence to Bank’s data governance framework for data policies, standards, governance metrics, processes and data architecture
• Stay ahead of data governance best practices and identify new business opportunities pertaining to the use of data assets to achieve efficiency
• Facilitate the development and implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards and requirements to create a best-in-class data and analytic capability that enable identification of new products and market opportunities to drive innovation

Requirements:

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or in relevant disciplines
• Minimum 10 years working experience of which 5 years in managerial level from recognized establishments in financial services and/or FinTech related industries
• Experience in establishing and monitoring of data governance framework
• Knowledge of industry leading data quality and data protection management practices
• Knowledge of data related government regulatory requirements and emerging trends and issues
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven people management experience
