Our client is A Leading Properties Group in Hong Kong


  • Work with stakeholders to design the overall data analytics framework for the CRM program with an aim to drive sales and business profitability
  • Engage business stakeholders to recommend key business insights and strategy
  • Drive synergy of data across business units, digital channels and loyalty program to answer business questions for long-term business growth
  • Support the execution of data management and analytics strategy including data governance, management, modeling, segmentation etc.
  • Bring in best practices in advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, digital marketing, campaign management, CRM and related processes.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure relevant data mapping and effective use of data


  • University graduate, preferably major in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics or related disciplines
  • At least 8-10 years’ proven experiences in CRM data analytics and business intelligence in fast-paced industries such as FMCG / retail / shopping malls 
  • Experience in managing complex customer data from multiple sources, database marketing and database management
  • Good knowledge and business application of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlikview, etc) and Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL, SAS, MS Office (excel and Access), VBA and ETL
  • Strong business acumen with problem-solving and presentation skills as well as the ability to interface directly with senior management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and organize multiple & competing priorities simultaneously
