Our client is A Leading Finance Institution in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for developing marketing, promotion and communication strategies to enhance business profitability and growth.
• You will be leading and managing the marketing team that provides marketing services across the Company with a focus on digital marketing strategies.
• You will be the key partner in collaboration with specific business units to conceive, develop and manage the execution of both online and offline marketing campaigns, events and materials.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in business related discipline;
• At least 8 years of experience in banking or finance industry of which 3-5 years in the field of strategic marketing;
• A capable and collaborative leader with strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing principles;
• Proven solid experience in driving sales in collaboration with business units through successfully implementation of offline and online marketing strategies;
• Strong organizational, project management and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Chinese are vital to the success of this role;
• Self-motivated, creative and be able to think “out of the box”.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager, Marketing
