Our client is A Well-established Family Office
Responsibilities:
- Spearheading strategies to steer the Hong Kong and overseas property portfolio’s future in a positive direction from an asset management point of view with strategic planning
- Perform comprehensive analysis and review on property operations performance, budgets and proposal
- Prepare budget, forecast and analysis of rental income to maximize revenue and conduct regular tenant’s performance review
- Monitor asset performance and provide updates to senior management
- Perform research and feasibility studies for existing and new portfolios
- Conduct market analysis, cost benchmarking and oversee the property portfolios
- Establish and maintain good communication and relationship with agents and clients
- Be the mentor of subordinates on daily maintenance and project assignment
- Keep abreast of property market conditions, relevant ordinances update regarding building maintenance
Requirements:
- Degree holder in real estate, surveying or business-related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in asset management related business
- Have in-depth understanding of the real estate market and basic knowledge of related local ordinance and financial regulations
- Proactive, organized, detail-minded with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Mature, self-driven, flexible with strong client management and able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
- Strong business acumen with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS office applications including Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin a plus
- Occasional travel to overseas may be require
